I discovered kundalini yoga in 2006. Kundalini yoga was the first yoga class I ever took. I found a unique authenticity with kundalini yoga that resonated with me. The personal healing experience of this ancient yogic practice has been profoundly transformational. Kundalini yoga inspired me to become a teacher. In 2011 I completed the level one Teacher training with Harijiwan and Tej. I also recently completed one of the level 2 trainings with my amazing teachers. I am a certified teacher through IKYTA. My classes incorporate
posture, breath, mantra, and meditation. Allowing students to develop their meditative mind and have an elevated experience. They’re fun, playful, heart-opening, and supportive.
