Studio Guidelines
Help maintain a safe & healthy studio.
To support both yourself and the community please practice the following inside the studio. Everyone navigates public space differently and everyone comes to yoga for something different. We all have to do our part to maintain a place where everyone and anyone can feel welcomed and safe.
Cleanliness is Saucha
Be Clean & Odor Free. Personal hygiene is critical. Please assure that your body and clothing are clean & odor free. Fragrances, smoke, and body odor scents are not allowed inside of the studio. This respects the sensitivities, allergies, and immunities of those around you.
Awareness is Ahimsa
Respect Others Personal Space. Maintain an un-imposing presence. Try to keep your hands to yourself, and give everyone ample room to move. Acknowledge others with non-contact gestures such as bowing, nodding, or waving.
Silence
Stay Silent in Shared Spaces. Minimize talking to both respect other’s space and maximize everyone’s sense of safety.
Be Well
Stay home if you have symptoms. If you have any symptoms of sickness: coughing, sneezing, running nose, sore-through, fever, nausea, etc – please stay home. We have online classes available!
