Welcome to the Wild Mountain Yoga Center!

We're the "wild grown" Yogis of the Sierra Nevada Foothills, expressing the unique culture of Nevada County.  Our beautiful studios, nestled between Nevada City and Grass Valley, California, have wood floors, natural light and a nourishing atmosphere. Our teachers offer guidance on our journey of self discovery and acceptance and are committed to creating a strong sense of community in search of our inner wilderness.

Our studio, one of the founding members of the Green Yoga Association, is a powerful, tranquil force advocating reverence and ahimsa (non-violence) toward our environment, our community, and ourselves.

Classes include Yoga, Feldenkrais, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and Meditation.

Beginners and first-timers are always welcome.
