200hour Teacher Training
Find Your Foundation 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance registered program designed for new and seasoned practitioners looking to begin and or to deepen their understanding of yoga.
With a unique, high caliber staff of national and international teachers, it is our goal to prepare and inspire you towards a path and practice of presence and peace. This training will give you the knowledge, technique, hands-on skills and certification required to successfully teach.
Develop greater knowledge and understanding of strong foundational joint and bone alignment in asana, and why yoga is about finding deep strength and stability before ever stretching (which is greatly misunderstood in Hatha Yoga). Empower yourself and your students through a greater understanding of the 8-limbed path of yoga. And learn why you do what with a purpose.
Poses with Purpose
This teacher training begins with a series of foundational poses (asana) which act as building blocks for other pose in yoga. By learning the key-actions within these positions you will begin to open your bone-and-joint system with stability and intelligence. This allows us to progress through the fuller-spectrum of yoga positions attuned to your health and potential.

Personalized Practice
This training focuses on deepening your personal practice. Time is taken daily to help students, individually, develop a greater understanding of the technique of yoga as it applies to their personal bodies, lives, and circumstances. Everyone has a unique journey with yoga and it is our aim to assist you in refining and attaining your aim and purpose.
Find your Foundation gave me the difficulty I was looking for in a program designed for deeper study. I think we want things to be hard when our goal is personal transformation, we want to be pushed and held accountable in our process. Amanda Dozal does exactly that. I can’t speak highly enough about the exceptional quality of this program and its lasting effects, both of which I am still marinating in three years down the road. It changed me… or maybe just made more
of who I am.

Through the two-trainings I’ve attended, I have learned the minutia of the body, the power of my voice, and the value of stillness. The way in which I interact with the world, with others, with myself has been forever refined and re-framed
by these trainings.
