3-day Immersion with Edwin Bryant, Ph.D
Edwin Bryant is a yoga and eastern religions scholar. He received his Ph.D in Indic Languages and Cultures from Columbia University. He taught Hinduism at Harvard University, and is presently a professor of Religions of India at Rutgers University where he teaches courses on Hindu philosophy and religion.
Edwin lectures on the foundational philosophical texts of yoga and examines the essential principles of the classical schools of Indian philosophy – beginning with the earliest mystico-philosophical traditions of India, and evolving into the Yoga Sutras, Vedanta Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and other texts that have shaped the spiritual and yogic traditions of India.
