Here we go once again, this time for a full 5 days. We will maintain the same schedule as before, with the exception of Saturday & Sunday for the publicly open events with Wah! The lecture and workshops wit Wah! is extremely transformative. We highly recommend that you encourage your closet love-ones to register for these events. Undoubtably the Wah!’s lecture and workshop will give you an enormous amount of tools to connect deeper with those you love.

Important Note:

Bring your notebooks, and pens! Unlike the previous sessions, this session has no handout. Be prepared for deep listening and note taking.


Wed 19th – Fri 21st:

Morning Session: 8:00am-12:00pm | Grass Valley
Break: 12:00-1:30pm
Afternoon Session: 1:30pm-4:00pm | Grass Valley

Saturday 22 & Sunday 23rd:

Morning Session: 8:00am-11:45am | Grass Valley
Break: 11:45am-12:45pm
Afternoon Session: 1:00pm-4:00pm | Nevada City



1. Timeliness

Class begins on time. Please be in the studio, on your mat, silent & ready to practice before class begins.

2. Attentiveness

One of the biggest challenges in the training is simply remaining attentive and seated for long days. Sleeping or laying down in class is not appropriate, please nourish yourself and get good sleep at night so that you can stay attentive and focused with the group.

3. Helpfulness & Cleanliness

During trainings waste and untidiness increases. Please be helpful with small things such as taking out the trash, sweeping the floors after class, tidying up the props and mats, and being mindful where and how you place your belongings in the studio.

4. Noise Levels

The studio has classes all day during the training. When you are in the lobby & bathroom please keep your conversation and personal volume to a minimum.
