Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is an uplifting and relaxing practice designed to support women through their entire pregnancy. Each class is focused on practices that strengthen and tone the arms and legs, open the hips and create comfort in the entire back and spine. Class ends with a beautiful meditation to settle emotions and create deep contentment. Drawing from the teachings of Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, the “Pregnancy Guru” of the Kundalini Yoga tradition, this class offers a sacred practice to transition into motherhood.
