I was first introduced to yoga at the age of 15 when my mother sent me to a weeklong retreat. I was enthralled, and after many years of sporadically attending asana classes I began to devote myself to the study of yoga in a broader context. More recently I have refined my interest to a blend of strong, aligned asana practice, focused breath work and meditation. As a musician and traveler, I have found yoga to be a pillar amidst the chaos of being on the road. Traveling in India in 2013 inspired me to integrate my spiritual and physical realms and to take my practice to the next level. I practice Hatha with my heart and I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to guide others using the foundation of my own experiences and the lineage of my teachers.

My gratitude is eternal for my teachers Daniel Fonseca and Jeenal Mehta. My training was completed in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with the blessing of Hansaji and Dr. Jayadeva Yogendra of the Yoga Institute of Santacruz, Mumbai.
