Yogahour Teacher Training, and Classes
with Darren Rhodes

Learn teaching techniques that incorporate form into your flow classes.
Many flow classes lack focus on form.
Many form oriented classes lack focus on flow.
Yogahour is a flow style of yoga that also emphasizes
form via shape, safety, and refinement instructions.
This training will boost your clarity and confidence as a teacher.

The point of this training is not to turn you into a yogahour teacher, but rather offer techniques that will refine your
current teaching skills.
