Sarah Miller is a writer who has been taking yoga since 1998. While yoga is not quite a career for her, it is a very regular habit. She got serious about Kundalini in 2008, and then got serious about hatha in 2012. In 2012 she became certified to teach Kundalini Yoga, and she is still a regular student of the amazing Jai Dev Singh. Sarah goes to at least four Yogahour classes a week, and at least two Kundalini classes. She loves to practice at Wild Mountain, especially with other teachers, and is so glad she has a place to go where all kinds of different people can enjoy an extremely healthy addiction. She listens to mantras all the time, because they keep her sane. Her Noon Naad class is a place to practice Kundalini Yoga and meditation but most importantly it is a place to chant, because, as Yogi Bhajan once said, “Just chant, and you will see you are foolish to be angry.”
