Join Taya for an experiential journey through the yogic practices and meditations from the Kundalini Yoga Tradition. In this all-levels workshop, you will get a deep sense of how to use the breath, yogic postures, kriyas, meditations & mantras to unlock a deep sense of well being and vitality inside of you. We will go deep into the most basic practices to unravel their many benefits and significance. You will leave this workshop with the tools and wisdom to begin or deepen your daily yoga practice.
