Mantra & Meditation – Wild Mountain Yoga Studio

Join Samantha Keller the last Sunday of every month. We will chant together the sacred names of deities and work with mantras that come from both the Hindu and Buddhist traditions. Mantra practice shifts brain wave frequency, initiates healing, and powerfully focuses & magnifies your energy and prayers. Words will be provided, and the session will end with 10 minutes silent group meditation.
