Circle of Stillness: WYMC is now open every Tuesday 12:30-1:30 welcoming those interested in a FREE weekly noon hour Circle of Stillness. We offer the opportunity to come together to sit with stillness in honor and support of those in need, loved ones, our community, our planet, life in general. A box will be available in the lobby to place cards specifying a person or situation to be held in the hearts of those in the circle. Leave a card in the lobby whether or not you can make the circle; come to the circle whether or not you have left a card, come and go as you please. Our time together will be spent in quiet contemplation speaking only to acknowledge the cards, and what they represent. It will be a time spent consciously tuning in and resonating out; connecting as one.

Creative Hatha Blend : A unique blend of Hatha yoga styles uniting intellegent alignment, energetic movement and pranayam.

Coherent Energetics: This class aims to guide individuals to find their highest potential, allowing them to access and expand the intensity and composure of their acting body through choreographed static and dynamic movement. Combing strength with length, participants will gain insight to the sacred mechanics and geometry of the body. Matching the endurance of the cardiovascular to the neuromuscular system, one learns composure of breath and dissolves the triggering responses of the emotional and thinking bodies. Most importantly, it is all about PLAY, softening into experiences of authentic joy, gratitude, and appreciation. Love.

Gentle Yoga : Nurture your mind & body by simply loving what is. Listen to the body & allow your yoga practice to unfold from the inside out. Appropriate for beginners and those wanting a slower more mindful yogic experience.

Hridaya Meditation teaches the path of the Spiritual Heart, the point in our being that IS the ineffable Truth. This path is one of surrender, stillness, and equanimity. Practitioners will learn and utilize simple meditative techniques which will unvail that which always is and is almost always shrouded by the mind. Actual meditation is rare and can be difficult, while trying to meditate is much more common. We are often distracted by, or engaged in, our thoughts and emotions or even sometimes distracted by the 'activity' of spiritual practice. Together we will learn to release our 'selves' during meditation and slowly begin to carry that selflessness (or no-self) into our daily lives. The path of Hridaya is not a path of doing or trying, it is a path of surrender and simplicity. 'Who Am I?', the self-enquiry method of Ramana Maharshi is a staple of Hridaya, but we will also consider aspects of many other practices and religions that pertain to the Spiritual Heart. Come prepared to uncover Truth.

INU is a transformative blend of Kundalini/Kriya, Sound Voice Healing, Breathwork and EDGU.
