The ability of a yoga practice to transform lives is what continues to inspire me. After taking my first yoga class when I was 19, I immediately felt a shift in myself. Over the years, I have always found my way back onto the mat, taking refuge in my practice during challenging times, and finding profound growth in my life through yoga.

After moving to Nevada City, I found family, inspiration, and deep clarity inside the walls of Wild Mountain. In 2014, I undertook Amanda Serene Dozal’s Heart of Hatha 200 hour training, as well as a miniyogis® teacher training with Shana Meyerson. I continue my studies at Wild Mountain, and these teachings mark only the beginning of a lifelong study and exploration of yoga.

As a teacher, my aim is to share these invaluable teachings, and to encourage everyone to open themselves up to the possibility of transformation in their bodies and lives.
